Come experience this stunning, brand-new oceanfront villa on one of Nicaragua’s most beautiful and uncrowded beaches. Casa Roble is a custom-designed, luxury retreat that blends elegant craftsmanship with barefoot beach vibes.
This 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom home offers 4,357 sq. ft. of polished concrete floors, Roble hardwood finishes, high-end details, and expansive indoor-outdoor spaces—all designed to take full advantage of the sweeping Pacific Ocean views.
The main living area blends the kitchen, living and dining area into one large space that all looks out towards the ocean through folding glass doors. The kitchen is fully-equipped with stainless steel appliances and boasts an oversized island bar. The living room features an enormous couch and massive flat screen TV and is the perfect area for the whole family to relax together.
The beachside area of the property boasts a large, sparkling pool that features a cascading waterfall and wet deck, plenty of covered pool deck space and a huge grass yard with lounge chairs and plenty of space for kids to play.
The main house offers 4 private bedrooms and sleeps a total of 8 guests. There are 2 oceanfront master suites, each with 1 king bed, private ensuite bathrooms and access to a large beachside balcony with gorgeous views of the property, beach and ocean. There are 2 additional guest bedrooms - one that features 1 queen with shared hallway bathroom and another with 2 twin beds and a private bathroom.
If you have a large group and need additional sleeping space, there is a detached Bunk House that sleeps up to 8 more guests. It boasts 4 built-in bunk beds (8 twin beds total) and private full bathroom with a double vanity sink. Above the Bunk House there is a large, palapa-covered loft that is accessed by a spiral staircase, This is the perfect place for yoga, reading or workouts. The Bunk House is available for an additional $150/night.
Note: If your group has 8 guests or fewer, the Bunk Room remains locked during your stay unless added to your reservation. Exceptions can be made for families with young children—just let us know your layout needs.

$800/night for 4 bedrooms in the main house (8 people max)

A $500 refundable security deposit will be collected and refunded within 2 days after your stay.
*$60 cleaning fee
*$150 extra for bunk room that sleeps 8 more guests.

About the Area
Playa Guasacate is a beautiful stretch of beach located in the heart of Popoyo. It is centrally located to all of the local restaurants, bars, stores and other activities in the Popoyo area. After spending a short time in the area, you will realize that both the local and foreign residents are all very friendly and laid-back.
