About This Property
This is a 2 story house designed as a duplex. The upstairs unit is available for daily, weekly and monthly rentals, while the downstairs is currently occupied with a year-long tenant.
The upstairs is 2 bed/1 bath which offers space for up to 4 people and has its own kitchen, living room, balcony and private entry. There are 2 full beds and 1 queen bed which can be arranged to your liking in the bedrooms.

A $200 refundable security deposit will be collected and refunded within 2 days after your stay.
*$25 extra per person per night with 5 person max
*$50 cleaning fee
About the Area
Playa Guasacate is a beautiful stretch of beach located just north of Popoyo. It is centrally located to all of the local restaurants, bars, stores and other activities in the Popoyo area. After spending a short time in the area, you will realize that both the local and foreign residents are all friendly, laid-back people.

Playa Guasacate is steps away from the house and you'll find fun surf just right here. The waves here vary based on size, direction and tide, but offer fun surf for all levels.
Popoyo is considered one of the most consistent and fun waves in the area. Both a right and left, this reef magnifies swell and is rideable almost everyday. Located about a kilometer to the south, it's a short walk, bike or drive away.
